Fees, interest rates, and repayment terms vary based on the type of financing provided. By accepting funding, you agree to the repayment terms outlined in your agreement. Failure to repay may result in additional fees, penalties, or legal action.
6. Use of Funds
Funds obtained through our financing options must be used solely for business purposes. Personal use of funds is strictly prohibited.
7. Repayment Terms
Repayment terms, including frequency and method of repayment, will be outlined in your financing agreement. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in:
- Additional interest or late fees.
- Legal action to recover outstanding balances.
- Reporting to credit agencies, which may impact your business credit score.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and use personal and business information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.
9. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to lending, consumer protection, and anti-money laundering laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with your financing.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, and each party shall bear its own costs.
12. Amendments and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
